Chile takes delivery of first ASW-configured C295
The Chilean Navy has taken delivery of the first Airbus Military C295 in its anti-submarine warfare (ASW) configuration. The C295 ASW is based on the Maritime Patrol (MPA) configuration of the C295 multirole aircraft.

Chile strikes development deal with Embraer, may buy KC-390
Chile has signed a deal with Embraer of Brazil for joint development of the KC-390 transport. The deal also includes a possible puchase of six KC-390s by the Chilean Air Force.
