Greek F-16s collide; 2 pilots rescued

A pair of Hellenic Air Force F-16s have collided south of Crete. So far two pilots have been picked up, with one badly hurt. The aircraft involved were reported a F-16C and a F-16D.

UPDATE (27 Aug 2010 10:00): It has been confirmed that the third pilot is deceased. Both surviving pilots are injured, with one sustaining a punctured lung.
