James Bynum, commander of Carrier Air Wing (CVW) 3, flies an F/A-18F Super Hornet assigned to the Swordsmen of Fighter Attack Squadron (VFA) 32 during an aerial change of command ceremony. Cmdr. Robert Coughlin relieved Cmdr. Jeffrey L. Hammer as commanding officer. The Zappers of Electronic Attack Squadron (VAQ) 130 is deployed as part of the Harry S. Truman Carrier Strike Group supporting maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
