F-35B delays lead to re-phased flight test schedule

Lockheed-Martin will likely reshuffle the flight test schedule again of the JSF program as it continues to struggle with the reliability of the F-35B short-takeoff-and-vertical-landing (STOVL) variant. It is not clear if the re-shuffling will lead to more overall delays to the program.
