RSAF makes official M-346 announcement

Two months after the industry was abuzz with the news, Singapore's Ministry of Defence has announced that the Alenia Aermacchi M-346 has been declared the winner for the Republic of Singapore Air Force's Advanced Jet Trainer competition. 12 aircraft will be ordered, with Singapore Technologies being the overall program manager.
