USAF deploys Constant Phoenix to Kadena

Japan's Sankei Shimbun has reported that the USAF has moved a WC-135 Constant Phoenix to Kadena AB in Okinawa in September after intelligence suspected that North Korea was preparing a nuclear test. The WC-135 detects nuclear explosions from the air by collecting samples from the atmosphere.
