400th Longbow radar delivered to US Army, but little used in war zone

Even as Northrop-Grumman and Lockheed-Martin delivers the 400th Longbow millimetre-wave radar to the US Army, Army commanders are admitting that their AH-64D Apaches rarely fly with the radar in the Afghan warzone to save weight in favour of fuel and/or ordnance.
