Northrop-Grumman offers M-scan for RoKAF F-16s

In a shift from its previous position, Northrop-Grumman is proposing a mechanically scanned AN/APG-68(v)9 radar for the F-16 upgrade programme in South Korea. The competition is from the AESA-based Raytheon advanced combat radar, or RACR.
