Chinese carrier undergoing completion at Dalian

The surplus Kuznetsov-class carrier Varyag has been moved to an open position along a pier in Dalian, China. According to US Congressional Research, the ex-Soviet carrier is expected to become operational in two years as a training carrier for the Chinese Navy.
