F-15E Strike Eagle takes off with new AESA radar
The USAF's 46th Test Wing has flown an F-15E Strike Eagle mounted with the APG-82(V)1 AESA radar for the first time. The F-15E's current APG-70 radar, although much improved over time, is essentially the same radar the Strike Eagle entered service with.
