Switzerland requests AIM-120C-7s

Switzerland has requested the purchase of 150 AIM-120C-7 Advanced Medium Range Air-to-Air Missiles (AMRAAM) along with associated support, training and telemetry units from the United States. The estimated cost is $358 million with the Swiss Air Force intending to use the missiles with its fleet of F/A-18 Hornets.
