First P-8As to be based at Kaneohe Bay and Jacksonville

An American Congressman has said that the US Navy has decided that Jacksonville, Fla. and Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii will be the first two homes of the new P-8A Poseidon squadrons. The US Navy believes that the Pacific coast aircraft should be stationed as far forward in the Pacific as possible.
