US Navy deploys EA-18G Growlers for the first time

Boeing has announced that its EA-18G Growler airborne electronic attack aircraft have been deployed for the first time by the US Navy. While no other details are available from Boeing, it probably refers to VAQ-132 Scorpions late 2010 deployment of five aircraft to Al-Asad, Iraq in support of Operation New Dawn.
