C-17s to be assigned to Stewart Air National Guard Base, New York

Two C-17s will arrive to begin maintenance training with the New York Air National Guard. In all eight Boeing C-17 Globemaster III transports will eventually be assigned to the NY ANG's 105th Airlift Wing at at Stewart Air National Guard Base. The C-17s will replace the unit's C-5A Galaxy transports.
