Libyan SA-24 SAM system can't be used as MANPADS

It has been revealed that the Libyan truck-mounted SA-24 Strela-S SHORADS photographed last week is unable to be used as a man-portable system without (at the very least) extensive modification. Libya had purchased only the 2-launcher mount designed to be installed on various mobile platforms, but not the trigger mechanisms of the MANPADS.
