RAF Typhoons drop first bombs in combat

Attacking ground vehicles operated by pro-Gaddafi forces near Misrata, Libya, two RAF Typhoons have become the first of their type to drop bombs in combat. Both aircraft dropped a 1000-lb (454kg) Paveway II laser guided bomb each, with reportedly successful ourcomes.
