CATIC Chairman: J-10 not cleared for international sales

Speaking to Air Forces Monthly military correspondent and former editor Alan Warnes at the Dubai Airshow, China National Aero-Technology Import & Export Corporation (CATIC) chairman Ma Zhiping has said that the Chengdu J-10 has not been cleared for export.
