Russia signs preliminary agreement with Indonesia for more Su-30s

Russian sources have said that Russia’s state-arms exporter Rosoboronexport has concluded a preliminary agreement to sell six more Sukhoi Su-30MK2 fighters to Indonesia. Russian business daily Kommersant reported that the deal was struck on the first day of the Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition in Malaysia.

Indonesia already operates ten Flankers, a mixture of Su-27SK/SKM and Su-30MK/MK2s ordered in 2003 and 2007.
