ROKAF seeks early stealth jet buy; F-15SE & F-35 in the running

South Korea is reportedly seeking to introduce the next generation of stealth fighter jets at an earlier date to secure capabilities to counter North Korea's increasing provocations. Possible candidates include Boeing's F-15SE and Lockheed Martin's F-35. The RoKAF has been seeking new fighter jets to be commissioned in 2016 but may push the date forward.
