Kamov Ka-31 AEW helicopter spotted in Chinese service

In a surprising development, photos have emerged of what appears to be Ka-31 naval airborne early warning helicopters serving with the PLANAF. It was previously thought the PLAN only operates the Ka-28 ASW helicopter.
