F-22 Raptor, Pakistani Air Force to make Avalon Airshow debut

An updated list of participants at this years Avalon Airshow is up on the show's website, with the big news being the debut of the F-22 Raptor in Australia. Other notable military participants include three Republic of Singapore Air Force F-16s, a French Air Force C-295 and two Pakistani Air Force K-8 trainers.

There will also be a large contingent of Royal Australian Air Force aircraft to commemorate the RAAF's 90th anniversary, along with several historic warbirds from around Australia.

The show will be held from March 1-6 at Avalon Airport near Geelong in Victoria, Australia. Gates will be open to the general public from Friday 4th of March at 2pm through the weekend.
